I JUST ORDERED AN ITEM, HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE IT?

Most goods are made-to-order.  Please allow 2-3 weeks for fulfillment.  If the item is in stock, we will ship it as soon as possible.  If the order is time-sensitive, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us for an estimate on delivery time.

I ORDERED AN ITEM, AND THEN DECIDED THAT I NO LONGER WANT IT. 

Please contact us.  All returns/exchanges are accepted at our discretion.  

As long as the item is in its original condition, and doesn't show signs of wear or use, we will generally accept the return for store credit [minus shipping] within 30 days of the order date.  

All sales are final on sale items, and items that have had their original design modified or were customized with the customer's initials.   

If the item was damaged during shipment [unlikely, we take care in packaging each shipment], please let us know immediately upon receipt, and we will be as accommodating as possible.  If the package is damaged upon delivery, reject the package and contact us immediately.

I WOULD LIKE TO BUY A CUSTOM-SIZED BELT, BUT AM UNSURE ABOUT HOW TO PROVIDE AN ACCURATE MEASUREMENT FOR FIT.

If you currently wear a belt everyday, we would recommend taking your measurement from it for the most comfortable fit.  Provide the measurement in inches or centimeters.  See diagram below.

 

If you do not currently wear a belt everyday, then we would recommend going one size up from your pant size (if you wear a 32" in denim, a belt cut at 34" should be a good fit).

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY LEATHER GOODS? 

We recommend Fiebing's Tan-Kote or Mink Oil.  Both products are widely available online, leather shops, or if you live in the country, tack shops.

Apply thin coat with a dry, clean cloth.  A little goes a long way.

I WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE A JACKET, BUT DO NOT KNOW WHAT SIZE TO CHOOSE.

SHIPPING 

Most domestic orders are shipped USPS priority, including international orders.  If you would prefer an item to be shipped via FEDEX or UPS, please contact us and we can bill directly for the extra shipping charge.

PAYPAL 

All of the transactions on the Draught Dry Goods website are conducted through Paypal.  This is the most secure way to do online business, as your transaction and credit card information is protected.  If you would like to make a purchase, but refuse to use Paypal, please contact us, and we can take a credit card over the phone.
